Caitlin is a true believer that every experience, lesson and moment in life happens for a reason! She began her passion with natural healing about 13 years ago, after she was diagnosed with an illness at 18 that kept her from living a young active lifestyle. A blessing in disguise, it proved to be a positive detour to her future. After turning her health around with nutrition, homeopathic remedies and light therapy, she went on to study holistic nutritional healing at Nutritional Therapy Association.

Executive Admin Assistant
April greets clients, answers phones, takes payment for services, and is responsible for accounts payable. She was the very first employee hired by Edna and Caitlin.
In the past April has had a variety of customer service jobs including a grocery clerk, a receptionist for a naturopathic clinic, and an attempted business in promotional products sales. Also included in her background are various bookkeeping jobs throughout her career.
She is affectionately called “the office fairy” as she knows a bit about all the goings on in the office and flits here and there on a daily basis. She has been known to set you up for light therapy, assist in operating the hyperbaric chambers, can be caught completing janitorial duties, and anything else that is needed, all with a magical air of a fairy.
April enjoys playing flute, piano, and singing, knitting for her family, reading books, and taking care of her geriatric cats (Bo and Kit-Kat) and her West Highland Terrier named Watson.
She has a family of four adult children, who are successful in their chosen careers. She is Gigi (grandmother) to two grandsons, 5 and 10, who reside in New Jersey.
April believes that without the customer, we would not be in business, so make the customer happy.
April is motivated by seeing improvement in our client’s health and quality of life as they use our services.

Membership Director
Taylor is the Membership Director and a Hyperbaric Technician here at In Light! Her main goal is to provide personalized support to all clients during their wellness journey! Taylor has been with In Light for a year and during that time she has been able to fully immerse herself in all of the modalities post car accident in 2022. Her favorite modalities are mild hyperbarics and targeted light therapy!
Taylor grew up in Las Vegas, NV and has been in Vancouver for 6 years. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, reading, and listening to music. She also spends a lot of time with her twin sister, who she considers her best friend. Before joining the In Light family, Taylor worked as a preschool teacher and also obtained her certification as a Medical Scribe.
Along with Edna and Caitlin, Taylor would love to see the modalities we offer become more accessible and well-known by the whole world! This inspired her to create our Wellness Membership Program, which is customizable based on the client’s needs and budget. Taylor is truly inspired by the clients we see; everyone has their own unique journey and she sees it as a privilege to be a part of it!

Meet Mariah, a seasoned team member at In Light Hyperbarics, where she has dedicated her talents to the world of marketing & automation for the past four incredible years. With a knack for piecing together complex systems and executing big-picture tasks, she humbly embraces each new challenge with curiosity and determination.
But Mariah's talents don't stop there, she's also a pro when it comes to finding creative solutions and navigating the world of data. Give her a spreadsheet, and she'll dive right in, unearthing insights that drive informed decision-making. Her work style is as organic as it gets - she follows her instincts, sparks her curiosity, and isn't afraid to take risks. It's through this approach that Mariah has discovered incredible breakthroughs and achieved tremendous improvements.
Inspired by the teachings of John Maxwell's leadershift course, Mariah has embraced the power of collaboration. She understands that working together as a team is the catalyst for greatness, and she strives to create a positive and empowering environment for everyone involved. Mariah lives by the mottos "fail forward" and "everything is figureoutable," reminding herself and others that setbacks are opportunities in disguise and that any challenge can be overcome.
In her journey at In Light Hyperbarics, Mariah is driven by Edna and Cait’s shared vision, to make hyperbaric oxygen therapy accessible to all. Their mission resonates deep within Mariah and serves as her driving force to reach as many people as possible. Hyperbaric Technician + Social Media Manager
Operates and maintains our Hyperbaric Chambers. Malone has been with In Light for 3 years. While working here at In Light, Malone was a full-time student at Columbia River High School where he had just recently Graduated. Fun fact about Malone, he is not the only Maxey working at In Light. He gets to work with his sister Mariah!
Malone started off Volunteering at In Light when he was 16. One morning Mariah brought him in to help and after a few days, it became a routine. Then within a few months, Malone was a full-fledged staff member. In Malone’s spare time his hobby is working on his car. When Malone isn’t turning valves, you can probably find him turning wrenches.
Malones favorite inspirational quote is from the famous Mahatma Gandhi, “Strength does not come from winning, your struggles develop your strength. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.” When it comes to helping people, that is what Malone loves most. Malone is one who sees progress in others and is able to affirm himself that what he is doing is not only bringing healthier lives to people but a happier one as well.
